These terms apply to your use of forwardploy.ai, operated by Forward Deploy. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These are website terms. They are not consulting terms. They do not replace a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement or any other contract, and nothing here varies an agreement we may already have with you.

Everything published here describes how Forward Deploy approaches AI engineering work. It is general information about our services, not advice — technical, legal, financial or otherwise — and it is not tailored to your organisation, systems or circumstances.

Do not act on anything on this site as though it were advice about your specific situation. Advice comes from an engagement, with the context that requires.

No engagement is created by using this site

Reading this site, submitting the workflow enquiry form, or corresponding with us about an enquiry does not create a consulting engagement, a professional relationship, or any obligation to carry out work. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement describing the work, scope and commercial terms. This does not affect the obligations we take on for your personal information, which are set out in our Privacy Policy and apply from the moment you send an enquiry.

Indicative pricing

Every price range shown on this site is indicative. Ranges are planning guidance drawn from current Forward Deploy research. They are not quotations, not offers capable of acceptance, and not a commitment to perform work at those figures. Actual commercial terms depend on scope, risk, integration complexity and the value at stake, and are agreed in writing.

Illustrative figures and no guarantee of outcomes

The workflow economics shown on this site — hours, automation rate, monthly saving, operating cost and annual net benefit — are illustrative. They come from an example ROI model. They are not client results, not case studies, not benchmarks, and not a prediction of what your organisation would achieve.

We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, saving, accuracy level, performance level or return from AI work. Outcomes depend on your workflows, data, systems, people and constraints.

Intellectual property

The content, design, structure, diagrams, code and wording of this site belong to Forward Deploy or are used with permission. You may read the site, share links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use the site’s content or design as your own, or as part of a competing offering, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

When using this site, please do not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related system;
• probe, scan or test the site’s security without our written permission;
• interfere with the availability of the site for others;
• submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or deliberately harmful material;
• use the enquiry form for unsolicited marketing or automated bulk submissions;
• submit personal information about other people without a proper basis for doing so.

Enquiries you send us

Please do not send confidential, proprietary, credential, customer or other sensitive information through the enquiry form. An initial enquiry is not covered by a confidentiality agreement, and we cannot treat unsolicited material as confidential. Information you do send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and links

The enquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, the site is hosted and measured through Cloudflare, and the site may link to material published by others. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability or their own content, and their terms apply to your use of them. That is a statement about the services themselves, not about your personal information: where those providers handle information you send us, they do so on our behalf and our responsibilities are set out in our Privacy Policy, which this clause does not limit.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available and current, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every page will always be accurate or up to date. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forward Deploy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
